Planner inputs
Your selected time zones, UTC date and time, work windows and meeting duration are processed in the current browser tab. This application does not send them to a server, connect to a calendar, request location access or create an account.
The application does not save planner inputs in cookies, local storage or a database. Reloading the page resets the selection. Copying a plan uses your browser's clipboard only when you press the copy button. Printing uses your device's print dialog; the application does not upload a document for printing.
Requests needed to serve the site
Opening the site sends ordinary requests for its pages and local assets to the hosting provider. The provider may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time in access or security logs. This site is hosted on Alibaba Cloud in mainland China under demo.19soul.cn. Access and security logs are handled by the hosting configuration; the planner does not upload meeting plans or add tracking identifiers.
Time zone conversion uses software bundled with the site and the time zone support built into your browser. It does not call a time or geolocation API. Fonts and illustrations are system fonts and local styles or assets, with no external font request.
Cookies, tracking and advertising
This version sets no application cookies and includes no analytics, tracking pixels, advertising scripts or social embeds. Google AdSense is disabled. There are no third-party scripts on this privacy page.
If the operator introduces advertising, analytics, a contact form or other data collection, this notice must first be updated to describe the actual providers, purposes, retention and available choices. Any legally required consent mechanism must be configured before the relevant scripts load.

Your controls and questions
You can reset the application state by reloading or closing the tab. Clear your clipboard through your operating system if a copied meeting plan should no longer remain there. Use your browser and device controls for printing and downloaded copies.
This early release has no public contact form or configured support address. The application itself does not hold a user profile or stored schedule to retrieve.
