Why this tool exists
International scheduling gets difficult when a simple clock comparison hides the date, the seasonal offset or the person's actual work hours. Team Hour Grid brings those details into one view. It helps you make a precise proposal while keeping the human decision with your team.
The planner compares two to five named time zones from one explicit UTC reference. You can adjust each daily work window, explore a half-hour grid and copy a meeting plan containing local dates and offsets. It runs in your browser, with no account or calendar connection.
A small, independent publishing project
Team Hour Grid combines a free planning utility with original editorial notes on distributed work. The site is not affiliated with IANA, Luxon, a calendar provider, or an employer. Names of cities and third-party projects identify the time zones and software used.
The editorial byline identifies this project's content rather than an invented individual author. The guides offer practical examples and working agreements to adapt. They do not claim that one meeting pattern suits every team.
Our approach to accuracy
We show local dates and explicit UTC offsets because a clock alone can be misleading. We explain the calculation, distinguish daily work-window suggestions from confirmed availability, and test the time calculations around daylight saving transitions. Read the method and limitations before using the result for a consequential appointment.
Time rules change. Browser data may be out of date. Confirm important plans with participants and your calendar system, especially around seasonal changes or distant future dates.
Feedback and corrections
This early public release is available at demo.19soul.cn. A public support address is not yet configured, and the site does not collect feedback through a form. The method page explains the calculation and its limits.
